Congratulates Joel Palafox for competing in the Mexican-American (JUDEME) games at the Home Depot Center 3/30/2010. Joel was the highlight of the tournament with his amazing throws. He was the 128 kg. Champion. He now qualifies for the Mexican Olympic Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.
