St. John Bosco High School

Announcement from the Principal

Dear Bosco Community,

I write to share with you that our friend and colleague, Chad Johnson, will be leaving St. John Bosco to become the next Head Football Coach at Mission Viejo High School.

We are grateful for Chad's dedication to his students as an Offensive Coordinator, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and Teacher. He is a brilliant football mind and worked well with Head Football Coach Jason Negro and our entire coaching staff. Over the past seven years, they have worked together to revitalize our football program and earned four Trinity League championships, two CIF titles, two State championships and one National championship. Coach Johnson is now ready to grow in his career and we fully support his move.  We thank Chad and his family for his service to Bosco, and we are confident he will be successful as Head Football Coach at Mission Viejo. Please join me in congratulating him on his new role.

Our young and talented football team is hungry to grow and compete for a National championship in 2018, and we are excited for the opportunity to welcome a new Offensive Coordinator to work with them. We want our community to rest assured that Coach Negro and the St. John Bosco administration have begun the search and expect to announce the decision in early spring.

Sincerely,

Dr. De Larkin
