Final Assessments Update

Dear Parents,

Final assessments will be administered tomorrow and next week according to the following schedule:

December 15
- World Languages: 8 - 9:40 a.m.
- Social Science: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.
December 18
- Religious Studies: 8 - 9:40 a.m.
- Mathematics: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.
December 19
- Science: 8 - 9:40 a.m.
- English: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.
December 20
- Pathways/Electives: 8 - 9:40 a.m.
- Schedule Conflicts: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.

Below you will find the classroom locations for all final assessments. The location and schedule can also be found at the top of the front page of Moodle.

Final Exam Schedule Conflicts

Students who have more than one final assessment scheduled at the same time will report to the December 20, 10:15 a.m. time-slot to take their final assessment.

Attendance

Attendance to all final assessments is mandatory. Personal reasons for missing an exam cannot be excused and may result in an "F" for the exam. Invalid excuses are personal trips, family visits, weddings, court, work, etc. Valid excuses are medical (with documentation from a health care provider) and absence due to a death in the immediate family (with documentation from a newspaper, funeral, or memorial service.)

Students who do not have a final assessment scheduled during the first session do not need to report to school. If they choose to report to school, they are to go to the Learning Commons for study hall.

Students who do not have final assessments scheduled during the second session will be allowed to go home immediately after the session between 9:40 - 10:15 a.m. Students who do not go home during this time period are to report to the Learning Commons to be supervised until the end of the next session.
