Dear Families of the Graduating Class of 2019, Please note times and dates! - Be sure that during Graduation Practice, Senior Farewell, Baccalaureate Mass, and Graduation students must be clean shaven, tie, dress shirt, slacks, belt, and dress shoes.
- All MEN OF SERVICE requirements must be completed before Graduation, or diploma will not be issued
All events listed below are mandatory for all Seniors, all are graduation requirements, failure to attend Senior Farewell, Graduation Practice, and/or Baccalaureate will result in student not participating for Commencement. Grad Nite, Disneyland—Friday, May 17 2019 @12pm in MPR (those that purchased tickets) - Seniors report to their assigned bus number according to roster and check in by 11:15am in MPR
- Attire: nothing vulgar and/or offensive, no brands of other schools
- According to Disney and SJB rules: Seniors cannot bring any open containers, no home brought food or drinks, no store bought snacks, no portable speakers. Disney will not allow entrance to anyone in violation, should a student not be in compliance a parent/guardian will need to retrieve the items held until student can enter. SJB staff is not responsible for any item being withheld or discarded by Disneyland Resort.

Senior Farewell—Wednesday, May 22, 2019 - All seniors must be in formal attire (Dress shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes)
- All seniors must be in Graduation Gown (be sure to iron, steam, or press gown to avoid wrinkles)
- Event is for Seniors and current students only
- Report to Theater by start of the day, 7:50am (check in will be done by tables
- Practice for Graduation will begin promptly at 8am, do not be late
Senior Farewell will begin at 9:45am Baccalaureate Mass—GRADUATION REQUIREMENT--Friday, May 24 @ 6pm in the Quad - Parents and Families invited
- Students receive their two VIP tickets for graduation upon check-in near the pool
- Mass on Friday begins at 6:00 pm, check-in is at 5:30pm, prior to the mass on the side of the chapel to receive the packet for graduation.
- Attire—shirt, tie, slacks, belt, dress shoes, and clean shaven. Any student not in proper grooming will be asked to correct the infraction—prior to the ceremony. We ask for your full cooperation
Graduation—May 25 @9am, Seniors must arrive at 7:45am and report to the Theater for attendance - Parents and Families invited
- Seniors report to Theater @ 7:45am
- Pool Entrance Opens for parents/guests at 8am
- No balloons, signs, streamers, noisemakers will be allowed during the ceremony
- Group Picture at @ 8:15am, line up for procession @ 8:45am
- Senior Parking—must park in the practice field between the baseball field and stadium. Enter through the Dunrobin entrance.
- Seniors Keep their Cap and Gown
- Seniors pick up their diploma behind the MPR with the Office Staff
- Attire—shirt, tie, slacks, belt, dress shoes, and clean shaven. Any student not in proper grooming will be asked to correct the infraction—prior to lining up and processing for graduation. We ask for your full cooperation.
GRADUATION DAY (continued) —MAY 25, 2019 - Parking entrance is ONLY FOR SENIORS
- Family must park in North and South Lots
- Seniors Enter through Dunrobin gate entrance, Rosecrans/Dunrobin
- Dunrobin Gate Entrance opens at 7:30am
- Pool entrance opens at 8am, this is the main entrance for ALL Guests
- Only VIP admittance in the Yellow Area (2 tickets given at Bacc Mass)
- Behind VIP section is open seating
- Please remember no streamers, balloons, signs, noisemakers will be allowed into the ceremony
