Vivature

With our partnership with Vivature, we will be billing primary insurance carriers for rehabilitation and treatment services rendered in the St. John Bosco Athletic Training Clinic. This should facilitate a continuation of improving health care services without putting the financial burden on you or your student-athlete. 

In order to avoid out-of-pocket expenses please to upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card -- any out-of-pocket costs that are to be paid by you will be paid by St. John Bosco.
