What is the Annual Fundraiser?
St. John Bosco's Annual Fundraiser is our school’s only required fundraiser for current families. 

I am planning to refund my donation. When can I pick up tickets?
If you are planning to refund your donation by selling tickets to family/friends, all tickets will be available for pick up from Diane Whitten in the Front Office beginning Thursday, August 10.  Selecting this option removes your name from the Annual Fund Drawing and you will not be eligible to win one of the cash prizes.

I am refunding my $250.00 donation. What do I do with the money I collect from selling tickets?
Families who opt to refund their $250.00 donation will keep all money collected from their tickets sold. It will NOT be turned back into the school. This is your money to refund the $250.00 Annual Fundraiser donation paid through SchoolAdmin. 

Can I sell electronic tickets to refund my $250.00 donation?
No. The school will not issue online credit or reimbursement checks for tickets that are sold online. The only option to refund your donation is by selling hard copy tickets.

When can I begin turning in ticket stubs for the drawing?
Tickets can be dropped off to Diane Whitten in the Front Office beginning Thursday, August 10.  You can return the tickets yourself or have your son drop them off during business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm. All tickets must be submitted no later than Thursday, November 16 by 3:00pm. In order for your family/friends who purchase tickets to be eligible to win you must return their ticket stubs.

What if I lose my tickets?
Replacements can be picked up from Diane Whitten in the Front Office Monday-Friday between 7:30am-3:00pm.

Can I purchase additional tickets to increase my chance of winning?
Yes. Additional tickets can be purchased through the Front Office or online by visiting bosco.org/annualfundraiser-tickets.
