Amy Krisch is a seasoned professional with a lifelong passion for golf and a dedication to fostering community engagement. Currently in her second season as the Head Coach of the St. John Bosco Golf Program, Coach Krisch brings over three decades of experience in the sport.
Her journey in golf began early, as she developed her skills on the course as a member of the Granada High School Women's Golf Team (Livermore, CA) and the Men's Golf Team at Council Rock High School North (Newtown, PA). Coach Krisch's commitment to the game led her to excel, graduating high school in January 2003 before attending Bucks County Community College. During this time, she distinguished herself as a member of the Women's League at Jericho National Golf Club (New Hope, PA), achieving notable successes, including being the youngest Runner-Up in the 2003 Club Championship and the youngest winner of the 2004 Women's Best Ball Invitational.
Coach Krisch continued her golf career at Cal State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB), where she became a four-year Women's Golf Team member. Not content with merely playing, she also served as a Student Assistant Coach for the CSUMB Women's Team and was honored with the Chuck Pius Memorial Scholarship for three consecutive years. Her dedication extended beyond the collegiate level, as she volunteered with prestigious organizations such as the PGA and LPGA Tour and the First Tee of Monterey County.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications, with an emphasis in Practical and Professional Ethics from CSUMB, Coach Krisch furthered her education by obtaining an Associate of Business Administration degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management from the Golf Academy of America. Equipped with certifications in tournament operations, teaching, club building, and club fitting, she emerged as a well-rounded professional in the golf industry.
Coach Krisch's impact extends far beyond her accomplishments on the golf course. As the Director of Special Events and Alumni Relations, she has been an integral part of St. John Bosco High School for the past decade. In this capacity, she meticulously coordinates various events, including the Braves Gala, Bosco Football Golf Classic, and Homecoming Reunions, fostering alumni engagement and strengthening bonds within the Bosco community.
Coach Krisch's dedication to St. John Bosco is evident in her relentless efforts to strengthen alumni relations and support the school's fundraising initiatives. Driven by her belief in the transformative power of community, Coach Krisch remains committed to upholding the legacy and excellence of St. John Bosco High School.
