We're bringing the best mix of seasonal, hand-crafted artisanal breads from our campus garden to your home!

How it Works:

Step 1: Subscribe or Place Your One-Time Order Here

Step 2: Select your pickup day when you place your order or email us at boscobreadco@bosco.org with your preferred pickup day each month. Orders are available for pickup on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in the Campus Store from 2pm-6pm.

Step 3: Pickup your order in the SJB Campus Store on your designated pickup day and ENJOY!

What You Get:

Each box includes two hand-crafted, fresh-baked artisanal breads and accompaniments. Also includes a recipe card and quick tips on how to store and enjoy all that comes in your box. 

$40 Box Options: Monthly Subscription or One-Time Box

$50 Box Options: Gluten Free Monthly Subscription or One-Time Box

$18 Single Loaf Options: Your choice of one of the two bread offerings for the month.


There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for the bread. Each loaf is unique and hand-crafted with love.  No obligation: modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

March 2022 Orders Will Feature:

This month we're baking Carrot Breakfast Muffins using carrots harvested from our community garden, as well as Irish Soda Bread in celebration of St. Patrick's Day and a delicious Herbed Butter to accompany both using fresh ingredients from the garden. 

Full Organic Ingredient List:

Carrot Breakfast Muffins: Flour, Carrots, Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Salt, Light Brown Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Mandarin Juice (from fresh mandarins donated by a Bosco student), Eggs, Vanilla Extract

Irish Soda Bread: Buttermilk Cold, Eggs, Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Butter Cold

Herbed Butter: Rosemary, Carrot Tops, Parsley, Kosher Salt, Refined Sugar

 

More About Our Artisanal Bread & Accompaniments

Our breads and their accompaniments are curated and handmade in-house by Executive Chef and Bread Maker Alex Diaz using hand-picked, seasonal, organic ingredients grown on campus in the St. John Bosco Community Garden.
