What is the BOSCO Fund?
Most do not realize, but the cost to educate a Bosco man exceeds the amount charged for tuition. That “gap” is made up by the BOSCO Fund. For the 2018-2019 School Year, the “gap” per student is $3400.
Independent of new buildings or separate fundraising initiatives, the BOSCO Fund directly helps us in our day-to-day operations, and gives Bosco the needed flexibility to afford the essentials.
This year, we have a goal of raising $550,000. We hope each and every member of the Bosco Community will participate at any level.

Dear St. John Bosco Community,
"It is not enough to love the young, they must know that they are loved."
This quote from our patron, Don Bosco, has resonated with me since I joined this administration late last school year. Seeing firsthand the strong commitment to our young men from so many areas of our community - the faculty, our amazing Alumni from all generations, and our caring parents - is a source of inspiration. Your commitment to our school's mission to educate our young men to live lives of purpose is an invigorating display of how much Bosco means to all of us.
This year, we are fortunate to welcome over 860 young men to our school each day. Each one of them brings a background, talents, and interests that are respected by their peers and faculty members. It is our responsibility as the adults in their lives to ensure that Bosco has the resources to help them reach their potential.
We seek to raise $550,000 in the BOSCO Fund - dollars that go directly to that purpose. From our pathway programs, to facility maintenance; from extracurricular activities to ensuring socioeconomic and cultural diversity on campus; your support is needed and very much appreciated.
On behalf of the entire St. John Bosco Community, thank you for your prayerful consideration of your support this year. Because of you, our young men know they are loved - each and every day.
Thank you for all you do for our young men.
Servite Domino in Laetitia,
Vice President, Development and Alumni Relations
