Brave Together Emergency Fund

We need your help, now more than ever before.

Due to COVID-19 economic impacts, St. John Bosco High School is in a financial state unlike ever before. We've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue from on-campus events and fundraising. And sadly, in the last thirty days, nearly ten percent of our families have informed us they can no longer afford tuition payments due to loss of employment.

To assist our highest-need students, we've created the Brave Together Emergency Fund. If you are able, we ask that you donate to this relief effort. Any donation, no matter the size, will have an immediate impact on our entire campus community.

We are determined to leave no Brave behind and give ALL of our students the opportunity to continue their high school years at Bosco. Help us be brave, together. Donate today!

By the numbers

  • Nearly 10 percent of our families are unable to pay tuition due to sudden loss of employment.
  • $250,000+ estimated fundraising and event revenue lost, due to closure of campus (this includes cancellation of weekly bingo and the Braves Gala, the largest fundraising event of the year).
  • 60 percent of students benefited from Tuition Assistance prior to COVID-19; no additional funds are available at this time. Without donations from our community, we are unable to help new students in need.

What We're Doing

  • As of April 17, our application was approved by the Small Business Administration; we will receive a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program to cover school expenses through the end of June 2020.

Please review our FAQ or email and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.

How you can help

Any donation, no matter the size, will immediately support Bosco's Tuition Assistance program, which helps our Braves in need. Thank you for your support!

How the fund will help students

Your donation will build our Tuition Assistance fund so that we can help Braves who are most in need, as a result of the financial impact of COVID-19. Our goal: ensure all of our students have the opportunity to continue attending Bosco for the 2020-2021 school year!
